The T-Frac System™ is an innovative and economical multi-zone well completion system designed for either open hole or cemented fracing operations. Its simple concept, involving the use of ball or hydraulically activated frac sleeves, is the smartest answer to traditional plug and perf methods, reducing overall completion time by as much as 50% with substantial overall cost savings.
Our system can complete up to 30 stages per string without the need for wireline intervention, using single frac balls landed on rotationally locked sleeves that provide for easy drill out.
Orio™ Toe valve
TEAM’s new ORIO™ Toe Valve (Patented US PAT # 8,267,178) initiation valve, which is run at the bottom of the completion string, provides a means of pressure testing the string in either open hole or cemented applications. After completion of the test, excess pressure is then applied to open the valve and allow for immediate circulation to commence fracing operations, thus making for considerable savings in time and equipment.
