Byron Cowart

President & CEo

Byron has over 33 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry downhole equipment market from sales responsibilities through to implementing, coordinating and marketing specialized products to address customer needs worldwide. In 2009 he became a co-founder of Enhanced Oilfield Technologies, now a division of Key Energy Services, where he participated in identifying the growing needs of the Oil and Gas Industry for advanced products to address their problems, eventually directing the development of a new line of expandable liner hanger tools. He started his career with Brown Oil Tools in 1979 working as a field serviceman and progressed thru local sales, city sales and eventually to regional sales manager before moving on in 1988 to Texas Iron Works where he worked until 1996 in various capacities, finally becoming Region Sales manager for a $20 million region with 48 employees in three district operations and two sales offices. After a short stay with Baker Hughes, handling regional sales of liner hanger products, he went to Weatherford where he worked for 10 years in starting up and building from scratch a market for liner hanger products, working closely with engineering and operations personnel to develop an aggressive business unit with eventual sales of $48million annually. 

He holds a B.S degree in Industrial Engineering, with a specialty in Engineering Sales, from Texas A. and M. University.  He is a long time member of the SPE, API and AADE, has been a guest lecturer to Exxon Mobil, gives bi-annual lectures at Kilgore and Tyler Jr. Colleges and has been a program speaker at SPE and API technical programs.

David Fleming

Chief Financial Officer (CFo)

David has over 15 years of corporate finance experience in manufacturing and service-based companies and has expertise in startups. He joined TEAM in 2009 out of Orlando, where he spent several years with Larson Allen, a business audit and consulting company, followed by six years as CFO for MEDX. At Larson, David was exposed to clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, service and non-profit organizations.

Steve chauffe

Steve has spent over 20 years in the oil and gas industry working for Baker Hughes and Tendeka in various capacities before joining TEAM in 2010.  For the last 10 years he has worked in management positions where, in addition to running major service operations, he has specialized in technology start-ups, identifying the needs, promoting solutions and bringing new products and services to the marketplace.

Lance Tucker

Global wholesale Sales Manager

Lance has been involved in the petroleum industry for over 23 years, previously working for Arrow Oil Tools and Weatherford.  He began his career in assembly and worked in shipping, shop floor expediting, production planning and scheduling, warehouse inventory control and schedule management.  He subsequently worked in domestic and international customer service and as Global Sales and Commercial Support Manager for Weatherford, before joining TEAM in 2011 and taking over as manager of our manufacturing plant in Tulsa OK.
