HOUSTON, TEXAS, SEPTEMBER 10, 2011 – TEAM Oil Tools (TEAM) announces the appointment of Mr. David Fleming as Chief Financial Officer.

David is a CPA who earned both his BS and MBA degrees at the University of Central Florida. He spent several years with Larson Allen a business audit and consulting company in Winterpark, Florida where he was exposed to clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, retail, service and non profit organisations. He then spent 6 years with MEDX Systems an electrical equipment manufacturer in Orlando eventually becoming CFO, before joining TEAM in 2009 to assist in the consolidation of the revised entity under new ownership, having responsibility for system implementation and strategic direction.

He has over 15 years of experience inmanufacturing and service based companies and expertise in start-ups and acquisitions in both privately held and public companies. This experience together with his public accounting background is going to prove to be a major asset as TEAM continues on its’ growth oriented path.

David will be based in the corporate office in The Woodlands.
